FC Twente heeft zondag haar eerste overwinning van 2013 geboekt. In de Euroborg werd FC Groningen met 0-3 verslagen. Leroy Fer zorgde op slag van rust voor de openingstreffer. De penalty die Dusan Tadic in de 78e minuut benutte, zorgde voor de beslissing. Spits Luc Castaignos wist daarna nog de 0-3 te scoren.
